So today... it's Christmas!

I remember I used to like Christmas when I was younger, even though I don't celebrate it. I remember watching all those fun cartoons in Cartoon Network, especially Scooby and the Nutcrackers. Aaah that was the good ole days. Now the cartoons are all soooo boring! Maybe it's because I'm a bit to old for cartoons, which I don't think so. You are never too old for anything. Maybe it's because all the cartoons showing are boring now. *Shrugs* You choose.

A gRanDmoTheR sToRY (Part 2)

I'm so glad my grandma is alright again. She was discharged today. So now she's out in the living room, watching a Malay drama. It's like everything is just like before.

So what's the news for today? Well, only about my grandmother getting discharged.

Oh yea, and also that my fish died.

It was a terrible sight. At 7 p.m I went to feed my fish, just to see that my fish was not in the tank. I panicked, looking carefully in the tank. I knew what had happened, but I really wanted to push it back into my mind. Finally, I looked down. Guess what I saw? That's right, my poor fish, lifeless. It was such a pitiful sight! I had that fish for more than a year already!! *sobsobsob*

A GraNDMoTheR sTorY ( ParT 1)

I miss blogging. So far all I did was to post a 2 or 3 sentence post. Well, there's nothing much to say.. But heck.

Yea so, my grandmother can be discharged from the hospital today in the afternoon. There's a problem, when school reopens, who will take care of her? My mom's working and me and my sis will be schooling. Guess we will have to discuss this.

Ok, I should probably tell you what happened. On Thursday she have fever. Then my sis accidentally splashed some water on her. The water is cold, so it must have been too sudden for her body to take it, and her fever went up very high. She can't stand the cold and she is shivering like mad. It was really a horrible sight. Me and my sis panicked (only both of us were at home) and started calling my mum, and she called the ambulance. Then the ambulance came, and they took care of the rest. She stayed at the hospital.

Then the next day (Friday), we visited her. She looks much better, although she was still having a fever. The doctors didn't know what cause her fever yet. Her personal nurse thought it was because of her leg infection.

Same thing on Saturday.

Sunday morning, the doctors called my mum and told her that they suspected dengue fever. Everyone was o shocked! Then my sis became paranoid, taking her temperature every 5 seconds and such.

Monday, nothing special.

Yea sorry Ihaven't updated yet.. Been busy, visting my grandmother at the hospital. She was admitted to the hospital since Thursday.... I just cam back and feeling tired so yea, i'm going to stop here.

Wow so long I didn't update.. Well ok there's nothing for me tosay anyway. My grandmother's becoming better she can stand now. Hmm I think I shall change my layout again.. Or maybe not...

Oh My GoD!

She fell again in the bathroom. The 3rd time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hard part about it is that it's not easy to help her up again, and the fall are quite bad. Especially for somebody in her late sixties...

Oh man.. My grandmother fell again. Luckily I was in the same room as her, and I managed the support her head before it hit the ground. Her legs are very weak today. I have to watch her back.

Oh My GoD

My grandmother fell just now, around 6.30 am. We were all sleeping but were awaken when we heard her cries. It was really scary, her left arm and left leg are not working because of stroke, and the same arm and leg have an infection. And she's ageing.

We all rushed to her room when we heard her cries and some bumping noises. My mum hopped off the bed too fast and rushed out, and she fell, because her legs could not carry her weight so suddenly. (I had that experience once too.) Her head got knocked....

I felt so panicky, that while my sister and mum helped my grandmother up, I felt nauseous and my stomach felt queasy and i can't see; i felt like fainting.... For the second time in my life. It was scary.

I really hope this won't happen again (about my grandmother I mean).

Les Choristes / The Choir

I watched Les Choristes / The Choir with my sis and mum on VCD. My sis bought it because she said it was really nice. My school choir was supposed to bring us out to watch it in the cinema, but it never happened... =(

Yeah so anyway, the movie is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo nice! It was really touching, and I almost cried at some parts. And the choir was really nice! Their voices are really powerful and they sang beautifully. After watching the show I understand why people from France(I think) all took interest in joining the choir.

This show is really a must watch!! (If you like touching stories anyway.)

I watched Miss World live last night. There were many pretty girls... Nice to know it also have awards for the best talents and best sportsgirl, and that it's not only based on pretty faces. When I see Singapore, was like, "Er.. So not pretty".. The final 5 was Peru, USA, Poland, Dominican Republic and I think Philippines.

My mum didn't want America to win, she really hates America. I found out this yesterday. She sounded disgusted when talking about America. I don't know why, but I think all these wars they started have something to do with it.

Peru is so pretty, and so is her dress and shoes. LOL.. And Poland is very sweet, she looks like a doll in her haircut... Blonde, layered and with bangs. A haircut I really want. But the question is.. Do I suit that kind of hairstyle?

Ok I know you are probably thinking, "Oh, another of these girly giggle girls". Oh, guess what, you are so wrong. There's a lot you guys don't know about me so stop assuming u do. I'll appreciate that.

YeaR 2005

So.. Year 2005 is coming... Let's see what my resolutions are..

I plan to:

1 - Stop slacking
2 - Study much harder
3 - cut down the hours spent on the computer

So I was thinking.... This year, I was to lazy to study. I mean, I did.. But not hard enough I guess.. My results were average. So I'm going to stop being lazy and start studying harder.

4 - Target and aim

I've always heard that if you target for something, you'll work harder to achieve it. That's how I feel too, although I've always been lazy to target. Maybe because I was only in Sec 1. Sec 2 is going to be much harder though, and I know it. I'm not going to slack again and let myself drop to Normal. It's bad enough that the class system changed. I was from 1E2, the 2nd express class, and now 2E2 is a Normal class. People will think that we all are from Normal or something...

5 - IMPROVE MY HANDWRITING!

LOL, I always hate my handwritting. It can be neat at times, but most of the time i's an untidy scrawl. I think it's because I HATE to write! But even when I'm not feeling lazy to write, my handwritting still sucks.

6 - Stop spending unnecessarily

Ok, now that we are a poor family, I can't afford to spend anyhow, not like last time. Maybe I should cut down to ten bucks per day. (Is that a lot??)

7 - Be more vocal in school

Ok, so I'm always not speaking up in school. So what? I've always been like that. Well, except when I'm in Primary 6. That year I was very vocal. It's because of the teacher, she's very nice and doesn't scold us. AT ALL. Well, except when our class is VERY noisy. I think, in the WHOLE YEAR, she only scolded us 3 or 4 times. Well, that's as a class of course. Some of my friends always got scolded because she always didn't do her work and didn't bring her books. But that's a different story.

8 - Grow taller
9 - GO JOGGING!

LOL ok, needless to say, I've always wanted to jog, but I always can't find the time to. Well, I won't find the time next time.. I'll MAKE time for it.

10 - Try and complete the homework given

Ok, I'm always not finishing my homework and always rushing to complete them the next morning in school. Because of different-different reasons really. Like that I don't know how to do it and there is no use asking my mum or sis as they won't help me. But I'm going to make effort to complete it in time this time.

Cool, Taufik won over Sylvester. Although I'm supporting Taufik, I couldn't care less about who wins anyway. I WANT JEASSEA, OLINDA, OR MAIA TO WIN!!!! I have to say though, that although Taufik is a better singer than Sly, his performances are always boring, which is the opposite of Sly; performance good, voice not good. Sometimes when Sly sing he sounds like a cat yowling lol. Or like he is having constipation.

I went out jalan hari raya with my friends. My other friends. It was fun. We had a bit of difficulty deciding whose house to go first. In the end we went to Isalina's house. We took the bus 65 and forgot it didn't stop at her stop but turned left to Bedok. So we had to dropped off at bedok. Some of us, including me, wanted to walk back. But the rest don't want. We took the first bus that came, which is 18.

But 18 doesn't stop at her stop too! It turned right instead of left! So, we have to alight and walk all the same, to Isalina's house and waste money on that unnecessary bus ride.We watch Shutter at her house. It was SOOOO FUN! The show makes sense too actually. You guys should watch! We had a fun time watching the show in her dark room. We switched off the light to add fun. Norizzan brought her little sister along and she cried while watching and kept hiding!
It was Madiana's house next. Watched a bit of Bride and Prejudice. Did nothing much there. She got so many snacks in her kitchen! I don't know how she can finish all of it. I'll get sick of it if it were me. Then we left for Suryana's house. Watched White Chicks. It was funny. But we didn't get to finish it because there was no time to, as we still need to go to 3 more houses.

So we set off to Izzan's house. Oh. My. God! Her house is soooooooooo nice and big and modern! And she has this framed do’a that can light up! It’s soooo nice when the lights (of the frame) is on!I would love to have a house like hers! She has younger twin brothers. Nazri is the elder of the two and Nasri is the younger brother. At one point, one of them(dunno which one, but I think it's the elder one) kept looking at me. Even Suryana notice it. I hate to be stared, at no matter how young they are.

Then we went to Aishah's house. Her house is bigger!! And very nice too! Very antiquely designed, with portrait paintings! Haha.. Her house was the most fun, thanks to her little 3-year-old sister. My god, for a little girl, she sure has an EXTREMELY loud voice! Aishah told her to “play doctor” with her doctor kit. Mardiana was the first “patient”. It was so hilarious! When two of my friends when to the toilet, I decided to go too; partly to run away and also because I really need to go!! Haha!

Then suddenly one whole crowd came into the kitchen to run away!! Ahahahaha!!! Funny funny…! I mean, all of us, scared of a 3-year-old kid?? LOL! Are we the monsters from Monsters Inc. or what??

She kept talking! But none of us can make out what she said. At one point me and Farhanah heard "masak crayon"!! We kept laughing and laughing! It means to cook crayon. It reminds me of the time when I watched the interview with Taufik and Sylvester. Taufik's mother had her say, but all me and Farhanah heard was "EPOK-EPOK"! Hahahhahaha!!! It's like, "*sobsobsob* EPOK-EPOK *sobsobsob*"! Me and Farhanah really couldn't control our laughter!

We had dinner at her house, and watched K14 (a malay show) too. Then we left for my house, the last one. AGAIN! We walked there. It was quite near. But not to them apparently. What a shock to them, after walking, they still need to take the overhead bridge!! LOL!! Oh well, doesn’t hurt to exercise right??

Mardiana and Isalina liked the cookie my mum baked! *Grins* After a while, all but Mardiana left. Guess why Mardiana did not go home? Because she want to watch her Champions!! Finally she can watch her last episode of her favourite Chinese drama which she missed because she went out with her family on that day. Happy now, Mardiana??
