Okay, so what's with these phone calls?? What phone calls, you ask? Well, the phone rings and you rush to pick it up just to hear the dial tone. It's very irritating, especially when you are the one who rushes to pick up the phone. Apparently, my friend is a victim too. Is it a prank call or is there something wrong with the centre?
